Industria Personnel are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for Production Operatives

Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for additional Production Operatives to join their busy manufacturing team based in Hinckley on a temp-perm basis.

Working full time, 37.5 hours per week, the role will see you working predominately Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work (optional).

They have vacancies on their PM shift 4pm-midnight

No prior experience or qualifications are necessary, as full training will be provided to the successful applicant. Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment would be an advantage.

As a Production Operative, you will be expected to perform the following duties:

Operating machinery
Assembly
Undertake relevant training
Adhere to Health and Safety rules and procedures
Packaging and loading cages as and when required
Maintain good housekeeping standards

Self-motivated, takes pride in their work and has good attention to detail. All whilst working as part of a dedicated team, creating fitted furniture using modern manufacturing machines.

Hourly Rate:
£11.50 rising to £12.34 after 12 weeks

Salary:
£11.50-£12.34 per hour
