An outstanding long term opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to join this incredibly successful and dynamic US backed VC in their expanding London office (W1) in this role supporting a small, growing investment team.
You will ensure the smooth running of the new office whilst providing top rate EA support and have vast opportunity to grow with them long term as many exciting growth plans come to fruition - operationally or EA.
A wonderfully hands-on role with welcoming people, you will assist with diary management, meeting organisation, travel arrangements, personal administration, events support, office management, to project support.
You will want to be office based in this role to be the lynch-pin of the office,

To be considered you will have ample experience as an EA & Office Manager - Ideally you will come from a private equity, VC, investment or similar industry - You will be of graduate calibre, a confident communicator, you will be immaculately presented andclearly be able to demonstrate working in fast paced environments.
