Key Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Timely preparation of accurate Bank Reconciliations
  • Reconciling and analysis of inventory and inventory processes
  • Working with department heads to collate accurate weekly/monthly payroll data and managing payroll procedures and policies.
  • Invoice processing
  • Ensuring company compliance with all monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory filing requirements eg VAT Returns, Intrastat, Monthly Sales figures
  • Responsible for overseeing credit control and managing customer relationships
  • Managing supplier payments and relationships

Skills and qualifications required:

  • IATI certification with at least 3 + years experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a busy schedule to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting processes
  • Excellent computer literacy skills ( Microsoft Excel skills essential )
  • 5+ Experience in Sage Line 50 to Include Bank Reconciliations, POP, SOP, Invoicing, VAT preparation and Nominal ledger Journals

Salary:
£30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
