An exciting opportunity as a Sales Coordinator has arisen working for an expanding business in Alton.

As the Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in support the Sales Manager and internal sales teams to process orders, handle enquiries and developing strong relationships with customers.

Daily Responsibilities:

Preparation of quotations for equipment & parts sales using price lists.
Utilise web based databases.
Process and manage all aspects of Sales Order Processing from receipt of Purchase Orders through to following up customers on delivery including preparation of internal picking requests, delivery notes, airworthiness release documentation and invoices.
Handle any shipping related queries and administration.
Extensive liaison with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
Work proactively with existing customers to maximise sales opportunities and drive high quality service
Establish strong relationships with customers through developing an expertise in their requirements.
