SupplyGo Education is looking for people who are experienced in supporting children and young people from all walks of life.

Whether you have experience within care, residential backgrounds, coaching, sports work, or community work, we would love to hear from you You don't need a formal teaching assistant qualification, just transferrable skills, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young children/adults.
We are looking for people that are willing to learn and make a difference in the lives of children and young adults.
We also offer all the training needed.
On a whole, most of the children will be asleep for this shift and it's all about being available throughout the night for anything that may arise like children struggling to sleep.
Do you need qualifications?
Put simply no, we are looking for people with the right character and transferable skills from any sector or background.
Qualifications on offer:
- Health and social care levels 2 and
- Teaching assistant Levels 2 and
- Special needs levels 2 and
- Behaviour management levels 2 and
- Understanding Autism
- Understanding ADHD and mental health with children
This is a night shift support worker role. You will work 4 days on and then have 4 days off.
This will be a rolling contract and it's a very popular role, especially for people who want part-time days but full-time pay.
Hours of work- 8.30 pm am
- £13 an hour

- Working with children at one location.
- Helping the children settle at night.
- Ensuring the children in your care are in a safe environment.
- Helping the children throughout the night with anything that may arise.
- Be able to work from 20:30 to 07:30.
- Transferrable skills from your personal or working life.
- The ability to demonstrate active listening skills and strong verbal communication skills
- The ability to build positive relationships and understand the individual needs of the children or young adults in your care.
- The ability to provide varying levels of individual attention, reassurance, and support.
- A personable, calm, and caring demeanour.
