Description

An enthusiastic Bookkeeper is required by our client, a well respected Accountancy practice in Northampton.

Hybrid working, study support and career progression are on offer with this position.

You will be working as part of a team processing accounts/financial information for multiple clients from SME, sole trader and limited businesses and also assisting with various management accounts tasks.

Duties include:

Bookkeeping
Accounts preparation
VAT and Tax returns

This is a fast paced, varied role and is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and develop within a supportive environment.

Once AAT qualified, you will then have the opportunity to study for the ACA and take on more responsibility along with learning audit skills and becoming client facing.

You should have previous accounts preparation experience, good IT skills and excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ideally you will have 12 months previous accountancy practice experience and be keen to continue your personal development within a dynamic practice environment.
