Blair West are working with The Compliance Group who are a leading integrated provider of safety and regulatory compliance services across the electrical, fire and water division.


As a Sales Account Manager you will be joining an experienced team looking after and being the first point of contact for all their customers.

The role involves both sales and account management of an allocated and dedicated customer base along with beinga skilled confident communicator.


A strong focus on cross selling and upselling sales to brand new clients and existing clients across the range of electrical services enabling us in bringing intelligent health & safety compliance solutions to their businesses.


The role will involve:

  • Prospect potential new clients by phone.
  • A strong attention to detail with our clients data and be able to diligently update their CRM system with all customer conversations.
  • Working closely with their operations team to arrange the completion of works.
  • Sales Account Managers are targeted on KPI's such as New Business Sales, Cross selling, Upselling, Call activity, total revenue generated and new services sold among others.
  • Hungry for success.
  • Have experience in a customer contact centre, telephony sales role or inside sales role and a working knowledge of how to build on fantastic B2B client relationships.
  • Driven to succeed and a world class attitude towards learning.
  • Be able to communicate at a high level, being able to establish and listen to a clients needs and provide solutions to keep their business safe choosing from their wideranging portfolio of services.
  • Working towards KPI's and monthly sales targets are second to none with a understanding of B2B sale cycles.
  • Diligent in capturing client information on their internal systems.
  • A technical sales background partnered with a confident, smart and approachable attributes.
