34 holidays (FTE), city centre location, beautiful office space and the opportunity to work in a genuinely positive environment where you'll be appreciated for the work you do.

You'll work on a part time basis to suit your personal circumstances. Anything between 16hrs-30hrs will be considered. Office opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
Some of your day to day duties in this part time Administrator role will be:

  • Provide a high standard of customer service through effective back office support
  • Updating inhouse systems and spreadsheets
  • Organising client files
  • Chasing missing information to support time frames being met
  • Adhering to Financial Conduct Authority regulations
  • Ensuring high levels of compliance
  • Working as a team to provide the best possible solution to clients
  • Setting up new client records
What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • Excellent IT skills
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a regulated environment
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role
