34 holidays (FTE), city centre location, beautiful office space and the opportunity to work in a genuinely positive environment where you'll be appreciated for the work you do.
You'll work on a part time basis to suit your personal circumstances. Anything between 16hrs-30hrs will be considered. Office opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.Some of your day to day duties in this part time Administrator role will be:
- Provide a high standard of customer service through effective back office support
- Updating inhouse systems and spreadsheets
- Organising client files
- Chasing missing information to support time frames being met
- Adhering to Financial Conduct Authority regulations
- Ensuring high levels of compliance
- Working as a team to provide the best possible solution to clients
- Setting up new client records
- Excellent IT skills
- High attention to detail
- The ability to work in a regulated environment
- Previous experience working in an administrative role
