Description
Electricity North West is looking for a collaborative and experienced Customer Service Scheduler to join our thriving team. This full-time customer service role is based in Preston and offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Drive excellent customer service for our internal and external customers
  • Support in resolution of customer complaints
  • Work in partnership with the current team, to manage daily work prioritisation, utilising resources effectively for maximum business benefit
  • Drive productivity and efficiency across all scheduling activities
  • Support Cut-Out Delivery Manager and Cut-Out Office team lead on existing CAT A response and future CAT A responses for Electricity North West
To succeed in this flexible role, you will need proven experience working in a customer service environment and proficiency in the use of MS Office


You will also need:

  • To be an excellent written and verbal communicator
  • To have excellent interpersonal skills
  • The proven ability to work as part of a team
