Description
We're currently recruiting for an
IT Project Coordinator to support and manage the full lifecycle of projects within the IT department focusing on key technology components, to ensure delivery of business outcomes to time, cost and quality.
Location:
Rushden with flexible/hybrid working in place
Contract:
Permanent, full-time. Able to consider part-time opportunities.
Responsibilities
In this key IT Project Coordinator role, you will be supporting and, in some cases managing project deliveries through the full project lifecycle.
You will support your peers across the Project Management and Delivery teams with their allocated assignments and workloads from the portfolio.
Your day to day will include
- Working closely with and aligning to the PMO governance and frameworks with internal and external stakeholders and coordinating with 3rd party service providers to successfully deliver against business outcome aligned to preagreed SLA's and KPI's
- You will work closely with IT and delivery team leaders to negotiate appropriate technical resourcing aligned to project demands, skillsets, timelines, and delivery expectations.
- You will proactively support change management throughout the project lifecycle ensuring all change is effectively managed, clearly defined and seamlessly transitioned into business processes.
- You may on occasions undertake other supporting activities associated within this role, which are not included in the above description but are within your capabilities and the broader remit of the position.
Who are we looking for?
- Solid experience of working in an IT Project Coordination capacity with a good understanding of PMO governance and how project delivery methodologies work.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential as you will work with a wide range of technical and business stakeholders.
- Good awareness of emerging technologies and an ability to influence and challenge where required to achieve desired outcomes.
- Prince2 or Agile qualifications would be advantageous
