They love what they do, and for their team mates to bring their whole selves to work - and to have a love for building friendly, long-term client relationships.
This consultancy rocks in:
Market Research
Help businesses shift from product orientated to customer focused, working with researchers and field agents to provide qualitative and ethnographic insights as well as measurable quantitative research, to enable clients to map their market category via demographic, attitudinal and behavioural indices.
Marketing StrategyHelp businesses to target the right customer segments through establishing size, value, current share of the market, and market dynamics.
They also help position brands and their products accordingly, helping to develop strategic objectives for the business.Marketing Tactics
Using product, price, place and promotion as the four tactical levers, they help create content, channels and public relations communications to talk directly to the consumer, and deliver on the objectives set.
As a Market Strategist in this team, you will be expected to work hand-in-hand and singularly with clients in a consulting role, comfortable and confident as you build and deliver marketing plans - from research to strategy to tactics - that deliver on the objectives agreed with each client.
The role will see you employing, managing and collaborating closely with market researchers and field agents, in order to deliver secondary, qualitative, ethnographic and quantitative data from representative samples, which you will analyse and pull the data from in order to map and segment the specific market by size, value and client's customer share.
The role will then see you working with the client in order to choose the target segment, and draw out the detailed customer portraits.
From this you will form the business's positioning and strategic objectives, before you use the 4 P marketing levers to deliver the relevant marketing activation plan.
