Description
Southwark College require a dedicated, enthusiastic, and qualified person to take on the role of Employment and Skills Co-ordinator.


The post holder will:

  • Support the management of the College's employability performance and achievement
  • Provide advice to college curriculum areas in relation to employability and apprenticeships
  • Support the development and management of Employment and Skills at Southwark and within the community
  • Responsible for monitoring the College's apprenticeship performance data and any other programmes delivered via the Employment and Skills department
  • Coordinate the effective delivery of external training projects
  • Support and liaise with key stakeholders involved in each training project both internally and externally


This post requires a proven track record in working within education or community and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as local DWP colleagues.


You will have an ability to self-manage workload, meet deadlines alongside strong oral and written communication skills and good IT skills are also essential.

The hours of work will be flexible to 1.0 FTE and may include evening according to demand.
