INDEPENDENT AGENT LOOKING AT ADDING TO THE TEAM

SALARY £18-20,000 BASIC DOE OTE £28-35,000

Duties:

Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
Showing people around properties in the local area
Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
Matching customer needs for renting of properties
Canvassing/doorknocking
General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input

Requirements:

You must have a full, clean UK licence & own car
Minimum 6 months sales or customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
You will be articulate
You will have good interpersonal and people skills
You will be wellpresented and professional in appearance
You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile
You will thrive in a fastpaced and busy environment
