Digital is looking for an Optimisation Manager to join a leading global retailer.

This role has tremendous potential to form the way optimisation is done within a team that is constantly looking to shape the data-driven approachto ensure continued growth within the team.

As well as impacting the digital roadmap, the Optimisation Manager also has the potential to work across a broad remit, providing continuous analysis and developing new strategies, tactics, and initiatives aimedat optimizing our user journey across all our client's big brands.

As an Optimisation Manager you will have:

  • The ability to think commercially and analytically
  • Familiarity with multivariate platforms and tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Dynamic Yield, etc.
  • Knowledge of search and merge tools such as Algolia, Attraqt, and others.
  • Excellent organization skills with the adaptability to changes and challenges
  • An interest in customer behavior, online experience optimization, and broader digital practices
  • The ability to identify opportunities for improvement, recommend actions and assist with the implementation
  • An understanding of UX and UI
- have valid working rights in EMEA


As an Optimisation Manager, you will:

  • Contribute to the creation of a test-and-learn mindset in all areas of optimization
  • Assist with planning, reviewing, and quantifying aspects of the optimisation roadmap
  • Create bestinclass Search & Merch capabilities for all brands
  • Compile a detailed overview of outcomes and learning by analyzing test results
  • Continually exploring new strategies and tactics to help drive onsite performance for our clients
  • Provide effective analysis and insights in relation to the KPIs in close collaboration with the team
  • Work on developing an onsite audiencebased strategy geared toward personalisation
  • Ensure all proposals align with the strategy and deliver on an intuitive user experience by working with our UX/UI team.
  • Create and manage weekly reports that reflect key insights and results
  • Coordinate with product to ensure priorities are aligned and resources are available
