Description
Your responsibilities:
- Evaluate key risks, identify gaps and review the effectiveness of current control measures.
- Provide advice and assurance to the business in the form of advisory reports Oversee planning of the various internal audits is key from drafting plans to fieldwork to report writing.
- Supporting the delivery of the internal audit plan to the agreed timetable, which will involve managing the work of junior auditors in the team.
- Work in line with best practice as laid out internally but also by accountancy and IIA standards.
Experience requirement:
- ACA / ACCA / IIA qualification with 3+ years of Internal Audit experience.
- Strong Internal Audit experience, both financial and operational.
- Proven people management experience, 1+ year.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and confident to make informed decisions that could impact the business.
- Pragmatic problem solver and the ability to build relationships at all levels of business.
Salary / Benefits
- Up to £63,000 DOE
