We're looking for a well-organised confident communicator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
The successful applicant will support the Education Directorate to deliver a wide range of our educational activities including; face to face and virtual workshops, masters level programmes, accreditations and e-learning courses.
This post will provide administrative and event co-ordination support for all the above activities, from initiation of an activity to on the day front of house support and organisation and follow up.
The directorate is expanding, activities are increasing, and we need a strong team player to help us deliver our portfolio.
This is primarily an office-based role and we are looking for a well-organised, confident and capable person, who is a strong communicator and has a keen eye for detail.
This is a busy team and we need someone who is; experienced in a busy office environment; good in front of house activities and can also work online; is flexible and willing to support different areas of the directorate portfolio; and who thrives on managing multiple activities at the same time.
