Sales Event Merchandise Assistance


IVS Group Ltd has an exciting job opportunity for Sales Event Merchandise Assistant to join our team at the The Riverside, Durham Cricket Ground, Durham, DH3 3SH (Rod Stewart concert) to sell merchandise and programs at the event on 30 June 2023.

Pay Rates depending on age: 10.18 or 10.42


Job Duties:


  • You will be assigned to stands, count stock items before the event starts, and sell merchandise at the beginning of operating hours.
  • Process items through the cashless payment system. Monitoring inventory and notifying the team leader or managers when stock levels are low.
  • Follow dress code procedure, customer etiquette, safety regulations, and other precautions requirements.

Skills:


  • Some similar retail or hospitality experience is preferred but a hardworking and positive, cando attitude, is most important.
  • Able to communicate confidently and clearly with customers.

  • 10 hour shift
