My client is looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join their team.

They are a smaller but successful company, so some previous experience would be helpful but full training will be given.

Although a keeness to learn is very important.


Duties include:


  • Dealing with inbound customer service calls / directing them appropriately
  • An interest in social media may prove useful
  • Arranging installation and fault resolution appointments
  • Liaising with the engineering team
  • Collating information on new and leaving customers
  • Taking direct debit details from customers
  • Taking payments from customers
  • Checking and reviewing invoices
