Work location:
London


Schedule:8 h/day, 5 days/week


Experience needed:3 years

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Office in London.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations,
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, associate or bachelor degree,
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role minimum 3 years,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks,
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks,
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£2,500.00 per month
