The Best Connection are actively seeking a Business Administrator for an immediate start at one of the world's largest manufacturers of glass and glazing in Alfreton

Responsibilities of the role:


  • Assist in the day to day running of Payroll Administration
  • Procurement and Customer Services activities and other associated administrative tasks
  • Demonstrate a manner that is welcoming and helpful to colleagues
  • Capable of building a rapport with the relevant teams across the site
  • Be a team player
  • Be able to communicate well with colleagues at all levels
  • Capable of working with mínimal supervision when required
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Ability to work on his/her own initiative
  • Be able to stay calm under pressure whilst working to strict deadlines

Requirements:


  • Experience in using SAP/Alcib would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided
  • Actively empathises with internal and external customer circumstances, problems, expectations and needs
  • Takes personal responsibility and ownership for achieving results and objectives
