This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a manufacturing company based in Skelmersdale on a part time basis.

You will be joining a small accounts team, reporting into the Accounts Manager


Duties

  • Credit Control 40 clients on the ledger, debt value of £100 £400,000


  • Sales Ledger

  • Raising invoices on Sageline50


  • Purchase Ledger

  • Processing invoices
  • Raising credit notes
  • Project cost analysis
  • Expenses
  • Highlighting & flagging if budgets have been exceeded

Essential Experience Required

  • Previous accounts experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • The ability to prioritise workload
  • Positive cando attitude
