We are looking for a HR Generalist to come and join our team at The Silver X Group.


Who are we?
Born in 2013, The Silver X Group is an aggressively growing company specialising in the logistics marketplace.

From the bedroom of our founder to a company that can boast an 8-figure turnover, 5 warehouses and over 80 vehicles, employing over 100 people, we are certainly not resting on our laurels.


Our group is made up of two trading companies, Silver X and Bow Distribution and our passion is to provide the best service possible to our clients at a fair price, hiring, nurturing, and promoting the best talent and striving to maintain a fun, friendly, non-corporate work environment, giving our people the best chance of achieving success.


Why we need you?


As our HR Generalist within the group, you will be the first port of call for all HR matters, you will have the chance to make a real impact to group policy and processes and make use of systems & IT that ensure its done efficiently and effectively.


While you will be expected to uphold our core values and maintain key performance indicators, its vitally important to us that as a business we not only train you to develop your skills should you wish to progress, but also involve you in our longer term vision to ensure you are fully engaged and allow you to make informed business decisions for us and our clients.


We want you to own it so a natural leadership approach is a must, as you will be involved in everything from legal compliance, employee engagement, operational guidance, recruitment support, performance management, and L&D for the group.

You will be supported by our board and head office functions, reporting directly to the Finance Director.

Renumeration:


  • Basic Salary up to £35,000 per annum.
  • Incremental holiday allowance up to 25 days per year plus bank holidays.

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time

Up to £35,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Human resources: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • CIPD (preferred)
