Our client is a national renewable energy contractor based in the North East of England. They are looking for qualified and experienced EPC Energy Assessors to join their expanding team in the North West.

Job description:

Produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
Calculate the energy efficiency of homes, apartments and other domestic buildings.
Inspect properties to collect information.
Surveying the number and sizes of rooms, floors, corridors, windows, doors and fireplaces in a domestic building.
Sharing efficiency ratings with property owners and explaining your findings.

Person specification:

Experience in producing EPC's is essential for this role.
Must hold a full UK Driving License.
Experience communicating effectively with customers, ideally in a face to face environment.
Have experience and technical knowledge of all energy efficiency measures.
Must have effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload.
