Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Central London

Salary:

£25,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) + OTE


Trainee Recruitment Consultant - What our client is looking for:


  • Someone who is really "
    salesy".
  • Someone who is
    moneymotivated and
    ambitious.
  • Someone with an excellent
    work ethic and a
    desire to succeed.
  • An individual who is
    tenacious,
    resilient, and has the ability to spend a large chunk of their day cold calling.

    impressionable individual that can build a rapport.
  • They will want you to have thoroughly
    researched the role, the industry, their company, and have solid reasons as to
    why you want a career in recruitment.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The requirements:


  • It is an entrylevel role therefore no previous recruitment experience is not required.
We are interested in speaking to people with at least ONE of the following:

2:1 degree:

Work experience particularly in sales, real estate, business development and account management

Languages - particularly French, German,

High-level sport achievements.
