They are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team and help us drive growth through innovative andeffective marketing strategies internationally.


Job Overview:


As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and increase market share.

You will work closely with a team of marketing managers to identify opportunities for growth,optimize campaign performance, and drive business results.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales and product, to identify market opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns to drive results.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing performance metrics, including conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI, to maximize campaign effectiveness and drive business results.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably across multiple countries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Strong Google Ads experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
