Job Introduction

Executive Assistants to Directors within BCP Council
We are looking for three talented Executive Assistants or strong administrators to join our Executive Support Hub.

This is an exciting opportunity for strong administrators, with experience of supporting at a senior management level to join our Service.

We are looking for full time Executive Assistants. The roles are based at BCP Civic with some opportunity to work from home.

These are busy and interesting roles working with the Lead Directors for either Children's Commissioning, Children's Social Care or Education and Skills Services.

If you are highly motivated and proactive one of these roles may be for you. The duties include robust diary management, forward planning of meetings and minute-taking and some project support.

You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication and inter-personal skills, as well as an ability to support Director(s) in monitoring performance and tasks within the Service.


We are looking for staff who can work well under pressure and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

You will be required to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information.
