Good Time management and organisational Skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Provide and Maintain efficient and effective clerical support for the Operations team
Ensure all information contained on the system is accurate at all times
Managing vehicle maintenance details and communicating with the relevant people
Computer literate, experience of working with, maintaining and analysing data using MS Excel

Key Responsibilities

Controlling the allocation of trailers to new deals
Ensuring the assets provided to our customers are compliant and of the highest quality
Controlling the onhire and offhire fleet checks
Full control of the tyre spend and allocation budget
Provide an exceptional level of customer service, communicating to customers in a professional manner
Work closely with our supplier network to arrange jobs within an agreed budget
Work as part of a team to prioritise and manage the workload
Ensure customers are kept up to date, ensuring any issues are escalated to management

Salary:
£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
