Job Role
This role involves working proactively and independently to provide financial support to the Radfield Home Care York, Thirsk & Ryedale office.
Primary functions will be the management of end-to-end invoicing and payroll, as well as all accompanying financial administration and reporting.
- Use Xero to reconcile and accurately organise all business finances
- Produce and manage company invoicing, using the company's internal care software system
- Process company payroll for all salaried and hourly paid employees
- Manage and create processes for the monitoring and reporting of all financial affairs, including: P&L, credit control, cash flow and forecasting
- Reconcile daily care visits for financial accuracy
- Supporting Director with any financial issues or queries that arise
- To respect and protect all confidential and commercially sensitive information
- Practice maximum integrity in all dealings with Client and Care Professional's personal and financial affairs
- Office administrative tasks & updating office systems
