The Administrative Services Department is offering an opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team as a Patient Services Clerk As a Patient Services Clerk within the Admin Services Team you will play a key role in ensuring patients are attended for clinics and are effectively communicated with regarding future appointments along with booking of non complex appointments.
Our work is complex, interesting, specialised and driven by tight deadlines. As such, it is essential that you have good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.A comprehensive induction programme provides new staff with the basic framework they need to undertake their role but is essential that you have previous office experience ideally in an NHS environment.
You will have a good standard of education including English and Maths, excellent computer skills and experience of competently handling telephone and face to face enquiries.
