I am working exclusively with a business based in Trafford Park. Due to continued growth and demand the company are looking to add to the team.
This position is different to standard Customer Service jobs because you know that you are helping make a difference.


Zero cold calling
helping those that are in need
Outbound calling to those who has shown interest - Asked for a call back


The first two weeks of the job will be purely dedicated to training, meeting the team, getting to know the systems etc.

Then it will be ongoing with support always accessible.

The typical duties are (but not limited to):

  • Responding to queries made online


  • Answering incoming calls

  • Assessing the situation and connecting to the right team
  • Setting up appointments
  • Working out individuals needs and the purpose for the referral
  • Doing manual Math to help the enquirer
  • React and ensure that all call backs have been followed up

This position would suit someone who has the ability to quickly build rapport, an empathetic tone, excellent listening skills, good questioning skills and able to multi task.

The salary is £25,000 per annum. Excellent progression opportunities, fantastic company benefits plus more.


The working hours are Monday to Friday on shifts between 08:00 - 20:00 with 1 in 8 weeks working a Saturday OR a Sunday.

Interviews are to happen this coming Friday Via Microsoft Teams or in person next Tuesday & Thursday.
