We are delighted to be supporting a high profile and well respected business based on the outskirts of Ipswich with the recruitment of an HR Assistant.

The vacancy requires someone with a proven background in HR. The position offers hybrid working howeverdue to the location of the business, applicants need to have their own transport.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Administering contract changes
  • Keep track of holiday and absences
  • Running HR reports
  • Provide support within the HR team as needed

Key skills

  • CIPD L3 (or equivalent) qualified
  • Experience of working within an HR position
  • IT proficient with a sound knowledge of MS Office packages including Word and Excel and HR databases
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritise workload
