We are delighted to be supporting a high profile and well respected business based on the outskirts of Ipswich with the recruitment of an HR Assistant.
The vacancy requires someone with a proven background in HR. The position offers hybrid working howeverdue to the location of the business, applicants need to have their own transport.Key Responsibilities:
- Administering contract changes
- Keep track of holiday and absences
- Running HR reports
- Provide support within the HR team as needed
Key skills
- CIPD L3 (or equivalent) qualified
- Experience of working within an HR position
- IT proficient with a sound knowledge of MS Office packages including Word and Excel and HR databases
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritise workload
