Our client is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to support their busy finance team to start as soon as possible on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities for the Administrator job;
- Providing support to a busy team maintaining a high level of Customer Service
- You will be responsible for investigating and action all invoice queries
- Must have good attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies
- Chase and update information from customers
- Processing of customer credit's
- Send out invoices out to customers
- Inputting and processing credits into SAP
- Provide assistance to the Shared Services team for the Accounts Payable function
- Be the main point of contact for business unit Accounts Payable support and escalations
Key Skills required for the Administrator job;
- You must have excellent communication skills
- Strong excel skills
- VLOOKUP's, pivot tables
- SAP experience desirable but not essential
- Ability to prioritise busy workloads
