Our client is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to support their busy finance team to start as soon as possible on a temporary basis.

Duties will include;

Key Responsibilities for the Administrator job;

  • Providing support to a busy team maintaining a high level of Customer Service
  • You will be responsible for investigating and action all invoice queries
  • Must have good attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies
  • Chase and update information from customers
  • Processing of customer credit's
  • Send out invoices out to customers
  • Inputting and processing credits into SAP
  • Provide assistance to the Shared Services team for the Accounts Payable function
  • Be the main point of contact for business unit Accounts Payable support and escalations

Key Skills required for the Administrator job;

  • You must have excellent communication skills


  • Strong excel skills

  • VLOOKUP's, pivot tables
  • SAP experience desirable but not essential
  • Ability to prioritise busy workloads
