Are you looking to support children as an Classroom Assistant? Have previous experience working with children? Live local to High Wycombe?


If so, we are recruiting for a Classroom Assistant to work within a fantastic Primary School, located in the High Wycombe area.

This is a full time role, from Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 4pm.


No previous experience working in a school required as a Primary School Classroom Assistant, provided that you have a passion for working with children and have worked with children in some capacity and can provide a reference relating to this role

The role:


  • Support students with their learning on a 1:1 basis
  • Contribute to creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment
  • Willing to complete training on how best to support students as a Classroom Assistant
  • Communicate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised as a Classroom Assistant
  • Ensure safety for pupils in and out of class as a Classroom Assistant

Requirements:

Available full time from Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4pm:

  • Passion for working with children as a Classroom Assistant
  • Willingness to learn what it takes to support children as a Classroom Assistant
  • Either have Child Only DBS or be willing to get one processed
  • Live local to High Wycombe or within a commutable distance
