Twyford Trust schools, a successful multi-academy Trust based in the Borough of Ealing. A new school, which currently has Years It is an exciting time to join as the school is continuing to grow.


We are looking for a
Reception and Music Administrator to be the first point of contact at our reception, to have responsibility for the administration of Music and to have shared general administrative responsibilities (including reprographics and welfare) as part of our friendly administrative team.


The role is varied and busy, and the ability to work professionally under pressure to meet deadlines and operate flexibly within the changing needs of the school is essential.

School experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided however the new post-holder will be able to demonstrate successful work experience in a fast-paced office environment.

Excellent communication skills are essential as is enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to play an active role in the life of the school.

The new post-holder will be an experienced MS Office user - including Excel.


The working week is 35 hours - core hours are from 9.45am - 5.15pm* with a half-hour lunch break, or as agreed with the Administration Manager.

- an additional one hour is to be worked each day from am. These additional hours will be accrued and used as time in lieu during school holidays or when the school office is quiet (or the school is closed).

The Twyford Trust comprises four schools in the London Borough of Ealing.
