Description

The Management Trainee will work under the direction of a Manager and assist with the following:

Assist with day-to-day operations within the company
Assist with the hiring process and onboarding of new team members.
Assist with the training and development of existing Team Members.
Connect with fellow trainees, managers, and executives through networking events, workshops, and seminars, building a strong professional network that will benefit you throughout your career
Perform other duties as assigned by Site Manager.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive industry preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
