Description
The Management Trainee will work under the direction of a Manager and assist with the following:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations within the company
  • Assist with the hiring process and onboarding of new team members.
  • Assist with the training and development of existing Team Members.
  • Connect with fellow trainees, managers, and executives through networking events, workshops, and seminars, building a strong professional network that will benefit you throughout your career
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Site Manager.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in automotive industry preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

Salary:
£23,232.00-£26,128.00 per year
