We are seeking a Heads of Projects to deliver strategic and cross-institutional priority projects and to successfully lead the project team to meet objectives.

You will utilise your leadership and expertise to oversee several projects across the department and ensure these are delivered effectively.

You will be responsible for mitigating risks and issues and for delivering an excellent service to stakeholders. In addition, you will upskill the organisation in project management skills and knowledge to support effective project delivery.

To be successful, you will have significant experience in managing cross-organisational projects and a background in communicating and collaborating with stakeholders.

You will have strong risk management skills and will be able to positively engage with others to achieve results.

You can present to executive and board level stakeholders with ease and you will also be a confident leader, with the ability to manage a project team effectively.

You will be proactive, empathetic, approachable and inquisitive, as well as a skilful communicator and stakeholder manager and will be eager to bring clarity, value and support to every meeting and challenge.
