About The Role:

Main Accountabilities:

Provide clear direction and guidance to the team to ensure all deadlines are known and achieved
Negotiate with local authorities to deliver planning permission in the shortest timescale possible
Maintain planning monitor and keydates schedule
Establish clear one to one relationships with senior planning officers at relevant local authorities

About You:

Planning related qualification or industry gained experience in order to provide expert knowledge, advice and guidance to the team and business
Strong network of connections within the residential/property sector and geographical area
Commercial acumen
Strong influencing and negotiating skills
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Excellent eye for detail and the ability to question and challenge
Excellent organisational skills
IT Skills including Microsoft Office suite
Strategic thinker
Leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
