Our client are a cutting-edge scientific and automation software company focused on equipping scientists with the right tools and knowledge to change the world into a healthier, sustainable and safer environment.

As the Director of Marketing you will spearhead marketing communications leading a collaborative team to increase the company's market share in the chemistry, safety, and biotech industries through effective marketing campaigns, product launches and teamdevelopment

Specific responsibilities include:

Managing a small marketing team focused on all global marketing releases
Developing and deploying all brand architecture & guidelines companywide
Executing successful product launches through collaboration with product management, sales and development teams
Taking ownership in expanding the marketing tech stack capabilities
Collaborating with the CCO on company PR opportunities and the product management team to shape the longterm product roadmap
Highly resourceful and strategic thinker with strong emotional intelligence, operational rigour, and project management capabilities
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant marketing experience for scientific B2B (instrument) companies
2+ years of line management experience
Proven project planning and execution skills with a strong sense of project ownership
International strategic and operational experience as a marketing leader
Significant CRM and marketing automation experience (ideally HubSpot)

This is a permanent - full time position.

The interview process will include an initial MS Teams call, followed by an on-site in-person meeting where you will be shown around the site.
