Our South Leicester client are keen to recruit two Customer Service Assistants for a fixed term temporary position.

This role will be working 35 hours per week, on a hybrid basis split between home and the office after training.


The main role will include being the 'first line' telephone contact for incoming membership, training and booking enquiries in the Customer Service Centre, responding to incoming calls, taking ownership of the enquiry, and advising callers on the membershipstructure, CPD and IPD, training products, workbooks and events.


Processing subscription payments and resolving queries and objections where necessary, plus, being able to process event bookings, creating accurate records on the CRM system.

Collating resources in a timely manner prior to the event and dealing with anyassociated queries regarding these.


The successful applicants will have good organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Excellent accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, an ability to work both independentlyand effectively in a virtual environment.


Plus, an ability to quickly learn and utilise different systems and to demonstrate personal resilience whilst addressing telephone complaints and working under pressure.
