Your day to day responsibilities as a Property Manager will include:

  • Site Visits
  • Meetings with residents
  • Monitor collection of ground rent
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Instructing contractors to carry out work
  • Issuing section orders
  • Inspections
  • Inspection reports
  • Working with Freeholders
We are looking for

  • Previous Property management experience, assistant property management, facilities or senior estate agency
  • Presentable and great communicator
  • Industry specific qualifications desirable IRPM
  • Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
  • Genuine Interest in Property
