As part of the continuing development of the Lighthouse Centre, a new provision to support our most vulnerable and often challenging young people, we are delighted to be advertising for a Social, Emotional and Mental Health Lead Practitioner.
This will be a challenging but rewarding role in improving the life chances of children who need lasting change, help and support.
Essential Qualifications
- Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy
- Qualification, certification or evidence of extended training in: counselling, therapeutic support, mentoring/coaching, behaviour, trauma, emotional & mental health and well
Desirable Experience
Recent proven successful experience working in a secondary school setting or other youth provision.
