This is an exciting opportunity to provide clinical leadership to shape and transform Neurodevelopmental Services across North Wales.

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Clinical Transformation Lead to work as part of our Neurodevelopmental programme team.

As Clinical Lead you will provide leadership, establish strong relationships and use your influence to effect change.

You will also have a key role in supporting the Health Board, building strong relationships with stakeholders to support transformation projects.

This post is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Neurodevelopment (ND) Transformation Programme across North Wales.

In addition, the post-holder will provide professional leadership and oversight to all ND Practitioners within the service in the capacity of Clinical Lead.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
