Description

The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, predominantly in relation to key metrics and performance indicators.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support in line with Operational Support department requirements.
  • Filing and other adhoc administrative duties.
  • Ensure health and safety requirements are always met.
  • Support Operational Coordinators with coordination between various departments to ensure production plans are met.
  • Devise and implement strategies to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Control production costs whilst maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:


Essential

  • Minimum 2 years' administrative experience required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • MRP experience and good level of MS Excel knowledge
  • Educated to GCSE Level, Grades A*C, or equivalent (including Maths & English)
  • Logical and analytical approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving ability.
  • Ability to provide accurate data with a very high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Highly organised and able to forward plan
