Description
The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, predominantly in relation to key metrics and performance indicators.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in line with Operational Support department requirements.
- Filing and other adhoc administrative duties.
- Ensure health and safety requirements are always met.
- Support Operational Coordinators with coordination between various departments to ensure production plans are met.
- Devise and implement strategies to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Control production costs whilst maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' administrative experience required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- MRP experience and good level of MS Excel knowledge
- Educated to GCSE Level, Grades A*C, or equivalent (including Maths & English)
- Logical and analytical approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving ability.
- Ability to provide accurate data with a very high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Highly organised and able to forward plan
