To deliver the best possible standard of care to our patients, to ensure they are able to discuss and resolve any concerns and to understand how to escalate on their behalf if not able to resolve to their satisfaction.

Responsibility for patient/client care To develop and deliver effective, programmes of care, recording, documenting and maintaining these within trust policies.

Provide clinical advice around Palliative and end of life care Happy to Talk Flexible Working - all requests for flexible and part time working will be considered.
