About the Role:
The Administrative Service Centre Assistant is an integral part of Latham's Administrative Services team.
This role will be responsible for working within the Administrative Service Centre (ASC) performing a variety of duties for an assigned group of clients across the firm, while assisting with all day-to-day tasks supporting the Attorney Support function and other business services units as assigned.
This role will be located in our Manchester office.Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Other key responsibilities include:
- Providing a high level of customer service to clients
- Supporting ongoing process improvements and efficiencies
- Receiving administrative tasks from clients and providing regular updates regarding receipt and status of tasks, assignments, and projects, consistently meeting agreed deadlines
- Entering all assigned service requests into ServiceNow ticketing system and monitoring ticket from open to close status ensuring all service level agreements are met

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with qualification in English and Maths, preferably
- Prior work experience, preferably
