Description
Key responsibilities for the Temporary Credit Controller**:
- Following group payment procedures and policies to ensure timely customer payments
- Responding to client queries both written and by phone
- Keeping customer retention levels high
- Reconciling accounts
- Providing administrative support to finance team
- Reducing debtors' 'Days Sales Outstanding' through proactive Credit Control
- Recalculating invoices identified to have errors
Profile
The successful Temporary Credit Controller will have the following behaviours and capabilities:

- Good negotiation skills

- The ability to prioritise a heavy workload
- Good analytical skills
- Proficiency using excel
