Description

Key responsibilities for the Temporary Credit Controller**:

  • Following group payment procedures and policies to ensure timely customer payments
  • Responding to client queries both written and by phone
  • Keeping customer retention levels high
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Providing administrative support to finance team
  • Reducing debtors' 'Days Sales Outstanding' through proactive Credit Control
  • Recalculating invoices identified to have errors

Profile
The successful Temporary Credit Controller will have the following behaviours and capabilities:
