Contract:
Full Time / Perm


Salary:
starting from £27,000 per annum


Location:
Droitwich


Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off 2 days 2 night - 7 -7


Immediate starts are available.

We are now looking to recruit new team members within the Chill deaprtment


Your Key Tasks- Operate our machinery and processes effectively, delivering the required product output.- Maintain hygiene standards within the workplace as per standard working conditions.- System upkeep and related responsibilities.- Cleaning activities.- Quality control inspection, assuring customer expectation are maintained.- Materials replenishment as required.- First line maintenance checks.


Responsibilities- Has an active role to play in continuously improving our business.- To be an active part of small teams with operational excellence objectives.- To have opportunities to deliver own ideas to improve our business.- Understands the impact of own actions and others on achieving site/business objectives.- Aware of how current performance impacts the business.- Health and safety of self and others.
