Supplier and Contract Manager| Leeds|£44,000-£48,000|Permanent| Hybrid

Client:


Castlefield Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a public sector organisation in Leeds, to recruit a Supplier and Contract Manager on a permanent basis.

The role offers
hybrid working with 2 days in office; 3 days working from home.


Role:


  • Oversee the running of OJEU tenders within the IT Category
  • Competently be able to lead the procurement process, clarifying specifications and placing contracts in accordance with PCR201
  • Working under national frameworks
  • Liaise and control communication channers with key suppliers to ensure value for money
  • Managing expenditure
  • Supervise the junior team and provide guidance to senior officers within organisation

Individual:


  • Strong contract management skills, successfully ensuring compliance
  • IT Category experience not essential
  • Previous supervision experience within a role
  • Previous experience of PCR2015 is NOT essential
