The team and role:
You will have four 'rotations' to get an insight across different business areas and teams, and exposure to a wide set of experiences.
As a Business Graduate, you'll be given responsibility from day one.
No matter where your rotation you will:
- Support and lead on projects and initiatives ranging from research through to delivery.
- Engage with clients and build relationships.
- Support your team to meet Amey and client objectives and needs.
- Drive operational efficiencies, assist with service improvements, and deliver services which exceed customer expectations.
The Graduate Programme:
The Programme will run for up to 3 years and you will receive structured learning to enable your professional and personal development.
We will provide you with the tools and support you need to progress into an operational or business management role at the end of your programme.
At the start of your second year on Programme, we will continue to support your learning by enrolling you on a post-graduate Leadership qualification through a recognised and respected Training Provider.
You'll feel inspired to challenge yourself, as well as your colleagues, and we will help you shape your career and thrive.
You'll be given a 'buddy' and a mentor to assist you as you settle into your new role, helping answer any questions you may have, and support you in developing the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.

On successful completion of this programme, you will progress to a permanent position within Amey Consulting.
What we need from you:
- Minimum 2:1 Degree in Business Management/Economics/Project Management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues.
- Confidence to work under pressure, and the ability to prioritise and plan effectively.
