HB Commercial are delighted to be working exclusively with this industry leader urgently seeking an experienced Team Leader due to growth.

Currently employing over 1700 staff across the business, our client is a market leader providing intermediary services across personal lines insurance.

As a coach and mentor, you must be passionate about people.

You will need to possess excellent leadership skills and have the natural ability to engage, motivate and develop a team.

Roles and responsibilities but not limited to

  • Lead, coach, engage & develop a team whilst taking ownership of the performance of the team and team members delivering demonstratable value and great customer outcomes.
  • The delivery of outstanding customer service through a culture of development & empowerment, welcoming change, demonstrating action & benefits are delivered.
  • Collaborate, develop & share best practices across colleagues and teams whilst promoting a culture of selfdirected learning & role modelling inclusivity within the teams in which you operate.
  • Identify and manage capability & conduct issues fairly, in a timely manner, in line with company policy and in collaboration with HR, whilst meeting all regulatory & compliance requirements.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least three years of experience coaching and mentoring high-volume teams in a service-orientated capacity.
